Her story is one that has evolved and will continue to through the rhythm of life, as we are all students on this human journey on home. Though there are main components that weave through every chapter of her walk: a call to experience life fully, to embrace every moment as beautiful and real as possible, to connect through the heart to heart, and to inspire love as the force of what interweaves community, depth, and wonder.

Her spark of purpose began with the root cause to want to find another way to exist that aligned and inspired her, far off from what she had been told society is to be. In doing so she hoped to feel true belonging on this planet. Looking for freedom in the ritual of dance, in traveling raw & wildly, in connecting to other souls who believe in another way, and in uniting with the earth as a way of living sacredly. The greatest seed of her path was planted in 2018 when she did her first Yoga Training in the jungle of Costa Rica. Connecting to the elements, and embracing that part of her that is fire, that burns to be shared.

She continued to share this flame by immersing herself in containers where humans of all different backgrounds come together in music, art, and community from festivals to living in intentional communities all over the world. Letting go into the music, into song, into dance, & into flowing. Taking the opportunity to teach for the last 8 years, wherever she landed from Central America to Europe. Seeing the magic that happens when people feel safe to express and feel, that which creates unity. To connect to the most intimate parts of body, and make space. Knowing this is the truth: that we are here to love, and to celebrate that love.

This is what Crystal hopes to inspire in her movement offerings. A place where people come home to themselves. Where they feel safe to let go, to express entirely, and to connect to the most vulnerable and alive parts of soul. And in doing so, remember that we are already that which we dream of, and that we are as beautiful as we are. And to have fun, to bring joy into every moment!

Crystal is now based under the disco ball of Berlin where she gets the platform to lead and care for this international community of dancers and movers. She dreams to keep on growing and reaching others, using her voice as art to motivate & share that which wants to move, shake, and awaken the wings aflame in every being.

The time is now to not hold back and to humbly ask for the way to be clear to thrive, flow, and embody the truth of this belonging.
