Crystal is a yoga facilitator, a wellness educator, and a believer in connection as the purpose of this existence. Through movement as medicine, words as art, and expression as truth, Crystals work empowers others to fully embody themselves, and to move from the truth of the heart and soul. In doing so, may all beings live a life that is fully alive.
